How to order

If you want place order to purchase our branded products:
• Register yourself as a re-seller/drop-shipper.
• After approval of your account, you can place the order over the phone at (888) 503-577 during normal business hours (8:00AM-4:00PM Central Time: Monday-Friday).
If you want place order online to purchase our products:
• Register yourself as a re-seller/drop-shipper.
• After approval of your account, you can place the order online by simply logging into your account.
All orders have a minimum of $500.
Please contact us at (888) 503-577 within a couple of hours from placing your original order, we will make every possible effort to accommodate your request.
Special requests must be made at the time the order is placed. They include but are not limited to: shipping using your existing FedEx or UPS Shipping Account, special packing/labeling of boxes, and deadlines for delivery. We will make every possible effort to accommodate your request.
All history of orders placed is available by simply logging into your account and viewing your account detail page from the drop down in the upper right hand corner, all order history is listed there.
All out of stock products will be noted on your invoice. Backorders are available only under customer’s specific request and if the value of backordered products reaches $50 or more. We will not back order items that are having supply issues with no known availability date.

Shipping

Most regular orders will be processed and shipped within one or two business days. Special shipping and delivery requests need to be noted at time of ordering.
Some items are designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as hazardous materials that present a low risk of hazard during transportation due to their contents being flammable or under pressure. These items can be identified by the “Ground Only” designation on our website.
When you order ready to ship, you will be immediately be notified with all tracking information and instructions through email. You can also track your order by simply logging into your account.
Yes, please provide your FedEx or UPS account number at the time you place your order. Please note that Primeful distribution’s charges a $5 handling fee for processing orders on your UPS account. To avoid this fee, you may provide your own paid shipping labels.
Yes. You can register yourself as a B2C/drop shipping option with multiple shipping addresses. You must still meet our minimum order policy.
Yes, please mention a note in the comments section that you would prefer to have your order shipped via freight. Generally speaking, orders over 150lbs will see a cost savings shipping via freight, versus ground.
Sometimes, a new look could be related to a short-term campaign and the product might go back to the old format afterwards.
All orders received are processed in the order they were received. Although the product was in stock at the time that your order was placed, because of an unanticipated higher demand, it was no longer available at the time your order was processed.

To place an order on 30 day terms, download our Net 30 Application Form. Depending on how forthcoming your trade references are, the credit process usual takes from 5 to 8 business days. We will contact you after your credit has been established.
When a payment has been accepted, you will receive an email with details of the order and the invoice as a PDF file.

How to return products

Only authorized returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED for orders using the invoice for un-gating at Amazon or other online retailer. For further details read the Return Policy
At time of delivery, please check that all your packages are free of visible damages. When damages occur, they need to be noted and signed by the delivering driver; otherwise claims will be very difficult to process. To successfully receive credit for any concealed damage, shortage or discrepancy you must notify our Customer Service Department at (888) 503-577 within 5 days of delivery.
Products deemed as “Non-Guaranteed Dating” mean that generally due to short dating from the manufacturer. These items cannot be returned nor credited back/refunded due to the expiration date. If you have any question contact us during normal business hours at (888) 503-577, or add a comment on your order about your expectations for that product.

Services

PrimeFul Distribution provides B2B, B2C distribution channels with 3PL, Warehousing and Fulfillment (FBA/FBM) services. Our Fulfillment shipping services includes Labeling, Wrapping, Packaging, and Shipping. Our warehousing services include storage facility, order consolidation as well as direct FBA/FBM shipping.
Yes, we do prep the Packs/Bundle. For example, if you are going to repack a case of 12ea into 6 – 2pks you would need 7 labels (1 for the case and 6 for the 2pks). You are also required to purchase the poly bags if we are prepping repacks.
We do send the dimensions, once we receive your shipment for prep services. Once you get your information you can email the labels to: sales@primefuldistributor.com
Yes, we will provide the Box Dimensions and weights according your instructions in our Quotation. Our case pack itself consider as a single master box for shipping to Warehouse.

Reselling/Drop-Shipping

Yes, if you’re major business is qualifying our re-selling criteria. The reselling process in simple. After the registering yourself, you can sell our products completely by yourself.
If you have a customer who needs to purchase our products through you, you can become an authorized reseller/drop-shipper:
• Register yourself on our LOGIN/REGISTER tab.
• A member of our customer service team will contact you within one business day with your online access information.
• You can also call us at (888) 503-577 during normal business hours (8:00AM-4:00PM Central Time: Monday-Friday).
• After approval you will get the login ID and Password.
When you register yourself as a re-seller/drop-shipper, you will receive an email with discounted Price list of our branded products in CSV formatted Catalogue.
